Following this meeting, we review our notes with our scientific advisor and identify the narrative angle that best serves your communication objectives.

Step 2: Scriptwriting
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we move on to draft the script. We first outline the main ideas and structure of the video, then write a full draft. This script is refined, improved, and revised, with input from our experienced team, before we present it to you for approval.

Step 3: Storyboarding
With the approved script, we then create a storyboard. This involves sketching the main scenes, describing each scene's actions, and noting any significant camera angles or movements. We use simple visuals or digital tools, as preferred. The storyboard is a key step that helps visualize the final product. It is refined and polished before we present it to you for your approval.

Step 4: Rough Draft
The storyboard is then transformed into a rough animation. We create each scene carefully and review the draft thoroughly. Where available at this stage, we sync the draft with the voiceover and music. The rough draft offers a first look at the video's main structure, and we encourage feedback from you at this point.

Step 5: Final Draft
Once we've incorporated your feedback into the rough draft, we continue enhancing the animation, adding any final details or effects. We conduct a thorough review of the final draft, checking for any possible improvements. The refined version is then sent to you for approval.

Step 6: Post-Production and Sound Design
The final stage, where we focus on sound and visuals. We send the draft to our sound engineer to ensure top-quality audio. Concurrently, we work on creating beautiful stills and slides derived from your video. We also edit a short version, add subtitles if needed, and carry out any other finishing touches. This final product is a video that accurately represents your work and helps you achieve your goals.
